What do you mean when you say you guarantee a certain number of submissions?

Answer:

We guarantee to submit to the number of engines specified.  At the time of this writing we are submitting to 600,000+ engines.  The usual result is between 85% to 97% successes By successful submissions we mean that we have made contact with the engine and have communicated the information relative to the page that we are submitting in your behalf.

The reasons for occasional connections not being made are many.  For instance the Engine may not be accepting at the time of the submission, it may be too busy, it may be offline or the internet may be too busy etc.

These are some of the reasons that we recommend re-submissions every 5 weeks
